Technology Governance PowerPoint And Google Slides Templates
Define Who Makes Technology Decisions—and Who Owns the Outcome
Technology governance is more than creating policies or discussing responsible innovation. It establishes decision rights, accountability, controls, and review processes for technology investments and risks.
This 11-slide Technology Governance PowerPoint provides five working diagrams for discussing governance at organizational, ICT, IoT, IT, and artificial-intelligence levels.
Begin With the Five Governance Responsibilities
The opening model arranges technology governance around:
Strategic alignment
Value delivery
Risk management
Resource management
Performance management
Instead of leaving these as abstract principles, connect each one to an owner, approval process, and measurable outcome. For example, strategic alignment may belong to an investment committee, while risk management may require participation from security, legal, compliance and operational teams.
Select the Governance Model That Matches Your Subject
The deck includes four more domain-specific layouts:
ICT governance: vehicle tracking, routing, delivery scheduling, radio frequency, barcoding, inventory management, address systems, freight auditing, supplier management and EDI
IoT governance: data security, regulatory compliance, interoperability standards and ethical usage
IT governance: a Plan–Assess–Manage–Implement cycle covering strategy, architecture, portfolios, risk, finance, operations, security and maintenance
AI governance: ethical frameworks, data privacy, transparency standards and regulatory compliance
The ICT slide is specifically oriented toward transportation, logistics and supply-chain systems. Replace those examples if your organization uses ICT in another industry; presenting them as a universal ICT model would be misleading.
Convert the Diagrams Into a Working Governance Discussion
For each governance area, add:
The decisions that require approval
The person or committee with final authority
The teams responsible for execution
The policies, controls or evidence required
The frequency of review
The conditions that trigger escalation
The metric used to assess effectiveness
A leadership presentation could open with the five-responsibility model and then use only the relevant domain slide. An AI project does not automatically need the logistics-focused ICT diagram, while an IoT deployment may need both the IoT and IT-governance slides.
The presentation contains 11 slides in total, but only the first five contain governance models. Slides six and seven are icon libraries; the remaining slides provide shape-editing guidance, separate usage terms and a closing page.
Labels, icons and diagram colors can be adapted through the included editing guidance or the page’s Edit option. The template is compatible with PowerPoint and Google Slides and is supplied in 16:9 and 4:3 formats.
