9 Box Talent Review PowerPoint And Google Slides Themes

9 Box Talent Review Presentation Slides

The 9 Box Talent Review is a performance management tool used by many organizations to assess employee potential and identify areas for development. The 9 Box grid consists of a three-by-three matrix that evaluates employees based on two key criteria: performance and potential. The top performers with high potential are typically considered for leadership roles and targeted for career development opportunities, while those with low performance and potential are candidates for performance improvement plans or other corrective measures. Using a 9 Box Talent Review can help organizations to better understand their talent pool and make informed decisions about succession planning and leadership development. Having a template in place can ensure that the evaluation process is consistent and fair across all employees.
