SQDCM PowerPoint Presentation And Canva Templates

Walk onto almost any well-run factory floor and you'll find a board with five letters on it: S, Q, D, C, M. SQDCM is the lean management framework that keeps a team's daily attention on the five things that decide how an operation is really performing. This template gives you a clean way to present it, whether you're explaining the idea to new hires or running a review with plant leadership.

The five pillars are defined in plain language, so nobody has to guess what each letter means. Safety is about preventing workplace accidents and keeping the environment safe for everyone. Quality means holding consistent standards and delivering products that meet customer expectations. Delivery is getting products to customers on time, every time. Cost covers controlling expenses while maximizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Morale is the human side: engagement, teamwork, motivation, satisfaction, and commitment.

The same five-part model comes in seven different layouts, so you can pick the one that suits your room. Some put all five pillars side by side for a quick overview, others give each letter more space for a detailed talk, and one puts a single pillar in focus, which works well when a team is digging into one metric such as Safety. Because the content stays the same across layouts, you can switch styles without rewriting anything.

It's a good fit for operations managers, lean and continuous improvement leads, plant and shift supervisors, quality teams, and consultants who run daily management meetings or need to explain SQDCM to people who haven't seen it before. Every label, description, and color is easy to edit, so you can adapt the wording to your own site and metrics.
