  • Pro / Lifetime: Based on the AI credit allowance included in the plan.
Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.

5.How many templates can I download?

Your download limit depends on your plan: Free includes 3 downloads per day, Basic includes 1,000 downloads per month, and Pro and Lifetime include unlimited downloads.

6.How many people can join my interactive presentations?

The number of participants depends on your plan:

  • Free: Up to 50 participants per presentation and 250 participants per month.
  • Basic: Up to 100 participants per presentation and 1,000 participants per month.
  • Pro / Lifetime: Unlimited participants per session and per month.
Your plan determines both the number of participants per presentation and the monthly participant limit.

7.Can I import and edit my existing PowerPoint or PDF files?

Yes. You can import ppt & pptx files and edit their content online. This makes it easy to continue working on presentations you already have.

8.What happens when I reach a limit?

When you reach a feature or usage limit, you may need to wait for the limit to reset or upgrade your plan for higher limits or additional access. The exact limit and reset period depend on the feature and your plan.

Tip: Your plan details show the limits for each feature so you can see what is included before upgrading.

9.Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your needs. The changes will be applied according to the selected plan.

10.How does subscription/renewal work?
