Can I cancel my account at any time?Yes, you can cancel your account or downgrade to a free account at any time.
What type of payments do you accept?We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. Including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal through chat support.
Are there any contracts, setup fees, or hidden fees?There are no setups fees, or hidden fees. There is no contract also. You can unsubscribe monthly and annual plans anytime.
What is your refund policy?You can get a refund as long as you ask for it within 10 days after the renewal and you have not downloaded any slides/template on our website, either free or Premium. In other words, you can get a refund if you have not made use of your subscription.
All purchases and renewals under promotional conditions (bundles, discounts or negotiated price) are non-refundable.
Environmental issues of your local device (software, hardware) do not force a refund of your subscription. Our technical team will do its best to help you use our slides.
We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or non-controlled undesired renewals.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription under my company name?Yes, you can. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of this.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?If you are on a monthly or annual subscription, Yes your subscription plan will renew automatically. To cancel the automatic renewal of your plan, you must do so from your profile options to "Cancel subscription".
Is payment through your website safe?Payment is done via Stripe, a platform that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Does SlideEgg store my credit card details?Your credit card details are protected. Only you have access to them. Our payment process is secure and SlideEgg cannot store nor access these details.
